Chronically Homeless
We provide housing for some of New York’s most vulnerable individuals, many who have experienced homelessness the longest, some who may have never had the benefit of a stable home and a secure roof over their head. Individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness as well as chronic medical conditions that have gone untreated for years. We bring stability, hope and caring, bridging the gap of trust and a brighter future.
Mentally Ill
We provide housing for those New Yorkers who require the additional supportive services that will allow them to achieve and maintain their independence in the community. Individuals and families that without the supportive services we provide would struggle to maintain stable housing. We provide the critical referrals and linkages with providers and maintain the contact and personal touch that brings long term relationships and cooperation.
Low Income
We provide housing for individuals with limited income resources, in an inclusive, diverse community setting, reducing the stigma of marginalized groups and encouraging community integration, socialization and a shared living experience.
